The Cabinet is an intimate mezcal bar and tasting room tucked into Manhattan's East Village, occupying two neighboring storefronts. The Cabinet was conceived as an intimate gathering place celebrating the traditions and rituals surrounding mezcal. Inspired by Victorian curiosity cabinets, frontier saloons, and the craftsmanship behind Mexico's most storied spirit, the space layers rich materials, collected artifacts, and warm lighting to encourage conversation, discovery, and a shared appreciation for mezcal's deep cultural roots.
